Javier received his B.S. from The National
Autonomous University of Mexico, Mexico
1994, and his M.S. from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Columbia
University , New York. He joined the COMET
group in 1996 where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree under the
supervision of Professor Andrew
T. Campbell.
