Location: The workshop will take place in the auditorium of the Schapiro Research Building on the Morning-side Campus of Columbia University at 530 West 120th Street, between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway. The workshops attendance is limited to 100 participants.

Program: Invited contributions. Bound viewgraphs will be distributed to all participants.

Organization: The workshop is organized around six talks that will set the stage for discussions to follow.
